    “Well, I was looking for a condo for quite a while, with no success. I have a large dog and they don’t allow large dogs. Finally, I heard that the building that I am in did accept large dogs. So, I called Delia and asked her if she could look into whether there was anything coming open in the building. She did, there was, we went and looked at it, and we bought it! I put my house up for sale and it sold rather quickly. I don’t know what they had to do but, they were very responsive, helpful, and supportive. So, I don’t know if that’s what they’re supposed to do or not, I would hope so!”
